Shipping

Caley ships to the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Australia.

For orders shipping within the Domestic United States, we have three shipping options:

• Standard (3-8 business days): $5
• Expedited (2-3 business days): $15
• Rush (1-2 business days): $25

If your domestic order exceeds $40, shipping is on us!

For international orders to UK, Canada & Australia, only standard international shipping is available at this time. Standard shipping rates depend on country. Free shipping is only applied to U.S. orders exceeding $50.00. Shipping times for each country are provided at checkout.  

Each order is packed with sunshine and love, so please allow 3-8 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and delivered. Orders placed Friday after 12:00 PM CST through Sunday will begin processing the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information the day your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We're sorry your Caley beauty product wasn't perfect for you! Can we swap it out for something better? Pop a message in our inbox by emailing hello@caleycosmetics.com to request something more you or to open a chat about what might work better.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from CaleyCosmetics.com, please return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned in new condition. We monitor returns for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges including those with or without proof of purchase. If you wish to return a Caley Cosmetic product that was purchased anywhere other than caleycosmetics.com, please reference that specific retailer's return policy. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for purchases that were not made directly from caleycosmetics.com.

To obtain a prepaid return label, please email our team at hello@caleycosmetics.com with Return and your order number in the subject line. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they were delivered defective or damaged. If you'd like to exchange your product for the same item, please email hello@caleycosetmics.com with Exchange and your order number in the subject line.

Shipping
You will not be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. Please note that any original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Refunds
We will issue your refund within 4 business days of receiving your return and will follow with a confirmation email once done. The refunded amount should be available on your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Order Changes / Cancellations

Please email us at hello@caleycosmetics.com or call us at 210-829-7700 STAT! Caley cannot make adjustments to orders after they have been placed and orders that have begun processing cannot be cancelled.
